C. Membership Usage

Membership Allocation - For single members, only one person can be allocated as a member. For Family members, 2 people can be allocated as members. Memberships are not transferable on a casual basis. A dedicated member (s) must be appointed on an annual basis (June 1 to July 31).

Guest Allocation - Family Members can have up to 4 people on the discounted rate and have priority for an entire bedroom. If an infant doesn’t use a bed (e.g. uses a potable cot or shares a bed with another person in the room) and is placed in the same room then no fee is charged. Any additional child / person requiring a bed is charged at the 'guest rate'.

Room Rates - Room rates are designed to give members the option to book an entire room no matter how many people stay in the room (within reason!). Single members are only entitled to one room rate and subsequent guests are charged at 'guest rates'.

Family members are also only entitled to one room rate booking for each stay. Subsequent guests will be charged at the 'guest rate' beyond the first 6 people.

Children's Rights - Children (no matter what age) do not have member rights. They must be accompanied by a parent (member) at all times when staying at the lodge. It is however acceptable if a member chooses to reassign their membership for a 12 month period from June 1 to July 31 the following year. During that period the owner of the membership (the parent) has no member rights to the lodge.

Units can also be transferred to children permanently once they reach the age of 18.

Alternatively, children (once over the age of 21), could rent a FOMC membership.
